Tyler and I have officially been eating on a paleo diet for the last 2 weeks and the effects of switching to this lifestyle have become apparent almost immediately. The absolute first thing I noticed was the bloat was gone! Honestly, I just feel good. I am learning little by little that eating this way can be absolutely delicious.
Nothing beats homemade pancakes on a Saturday morning, am I right? But I'll go ahead and admit that I made these for myself on a Tuesday. I was craving pancakes but had to stick to what we had in the house and keep them healthy. I'll splurge and have buttermilk pancakes with syrup on a Saturday but not on a Tuesday!
