I did some reading online and read these horror stories about how the dog was so jealous of the baby that it attacked and I was just like…oh my god. I didn’t let this phase me much because our dog is really just the sweetest ever. So, we did a lot of research on what the best way would be to properly introduce our pup to the new baby.
I thought it would be great to let him share for himself what he remembers about the day our lives changed forever. So without further ado, here is Wyatt’s birth story from the perspective of my baby daddy.
At our 18-week anatomy scan we learned that baby Sellers would be a little man and while learning this news was so exciting, it was followed by a solid 15 minutes of me not breathing. I had no idea how nerve-wracking ultrasounds could be.

Miscarriage. It’s not talked about enough and that’s why it’s so scary for women when it happens to them. 1 in 3 women have a miscarriage and before I knew that statistic, I thought I was 1 in 1000 and that something was terribly wrong with me.
